Salvation - What is it?

Saved from what and by whom?

How can I become “saved”?

You can experience “salvation” when, in genuine faith, you acknowledge your shortcomings and the need for forgiveness, and place your faith and hope in Jesus Christ1 who is the only One2 who can forgive you, cleanse you, redeem you, and put His Holy Spirit in you, making you a totally new creation– one that is righteous and connected again with your loving creator, God3.

“Salvation” is real! You can be assured that you have been redeemed and now belong to Christ by the inner witness of the Holy Spirit, who comes to dwell in the heart of anyone who truly believes in the salvation of Jesus Christ4.
